MetaMedia and NRA Partner to Create NRA’s First Online Instructor Training Course

GERMANTOWN, MD, November 17, 2010 — MetaMedia Training International, Inc. and the National Rifle Association’s Education & Training Division recently partnered to create the Refuse To Be A Victim® Online Instructor Development Workshop, an innovative and first of its kind online instructor training course. This comprehensive online program provides instructors with the training required to earn their NRA instructor certification to teach Refuse To Be A Victim® Seminars for crime prevention.

“It’s no secret; crime is on the rise nation wide. Refuse To Be A Victim® is all about teaching individuals how to develop a personal strategy to avoid becoming a crime victim. This educational program demonstrates how to teach successful safety strategies and how to illustrate proven techniques that can be used to avoid becoming an easy victim of crime. The focus of the Refuse To Be A Victim® Online Instructor Development Workshop is to arm instructors with the tools to teach what can and should be done to stay safe.
