Analyze the current situation. Needs assessment and gap analysis. Understand the goal of the training.
Specify the training strategy and the delivery method, the structure and the duration of the training. Storyboard and create a prototype.
Create the training. The prototype and storyboards are used as a starting point. During this process the training program is tested frequently.
Share the training program with the learner using the delivery mechanism like an LMS. A pilot is normally conducted with a small group of learners before delivery to the entire audience of learners.
Get feedback about the training program with the purpose of improving and revising the content.
